Mr A, Mr C and Mr D Presents... primary and secondary school curriculum music and songs to support teaching and learning for children in maths, literacy and science from ages 7-14. The songs are really nice and quite suitable for English lessons. Why not use them to introduce the topic, to revise the material, to make the grammar (language) lesson more interesting for the students. The songs are mostly for Intermediate-Advanced Learners. Among the Literacy category there are the songs: Alliterate This, Apostrophes,Hyperbole, Onomatopoeia, Persuasive Writing, Punctuation Nation, Sentence Starters/Openers, Similies, Synonyms/Vocabulary, the song about question words.

Playing Games with Macmillan Dictionaries

The Games section from Macmillan Dictionaries contains interactive games which are intended to improve students' language skills, help them practise and extend vocabulary:
Irregular Verb Wheel Game tests one's knowledge of irregular verb forms.

Drag and Drop: Sports and American Sports improve one's sporting vocabulary.

Drag and Drop: Pronunciation - "ough" pronunciation game with both the British and the American English version. 

Gap-Fill: Pronunciation and Spelling is also available in both the British and the American English version. 

Language Study: New Words: one should guess which words are the source of the new ones.

The EFL SMARTblog is a good source of materials for various  topics. Each post is about one topic with discussion ideas, reading, listening and writing activities. It is very convenient if the teacher knows exactly what he needs for a lesson. It also can be a good starting point to plan the work around this or that topic. The resource is mostly for advanced learners.

lingro is a good online dictionary tool to work with sites and files, helps to quickly look up and learn the most important vocabulary.
You just enter a website address to make all words on that page clickable. There is an online dictionary with  more than 8 million translations in 11 languages. With registration the site saves your history showing recent words and sentences.
